Alternatively is the lower just bare metal, and is it paintable? For the sake of speculation, I wonder what it would look like with the longest ready-made barrel, never mind spring swapping and whatever else would go with it. As for a rail riser, a printed one that resembles a halo rifle hump could be cool especially if the sides are wide enough that they can come down onto the bevel on the body. Maybe with a hidden method for angling the rail itself as needed too.
