If I just have everything balanced my players feel useless, they don't cut passing lanes, they don't press the opponent, they don't stick to the positions, they don't make runs in behind, just telling people to get better and accept losing won't improve them, that's defeatist mentality, I'm in Elite division and 100 percent need good tactics otherwise the other team who have tactics just smother the life out of you or just drop back and make it impossible for you to break them down because they've packed everyone behind the ball.
