1st May Highway Cleaning Seva Darjeeling 

As the famous proverb says little drops make the mighty ocean, every effort towards the conservation of our environment is valuable. On the occasion of International Labour Day, the Sri Sathya Sai Seva Organisation Darjeeling organises Highway Cleaning Programme as a way of repaying our debt to nature that sustains us all. The programme aims at keeping the drains alongside NH 110, the lifeline of Darjeeling, free from waste materials before the onset of rainy season. The programme conveys the silent message of environment protection and waste management in a landslide prone area like Darjeeling.
