Heights - Any work at height of 1.8 meter or more from the ground level or floor. Elevated working positions where the hazard of a fall exists and where there is no physical protection such as handrails.
I am not really satisfied with giving the exact measurement e.g 1.8 meter or more, i believe there was changes in some of the definitions and standards after 2016 or 2017. Any how check this out www.hse.gov.uk/work-at-height/faqs.htm

As a HSE officer I started my career on 2014 in Saudi Arabia I have to face 3 levels of interviews for one project one from Contractors then consultant nd final client and I didn’t experience these types questions it’s basic safety they ask JSA,Risk assessments,lifting and load chart,emergency evacuation,Electrical safety,Radiography, accident reports and investigation, First Aid etc ….NOTE: answer should not only a definition they need explanation…
عامر شہزاد بھائی السلام علیکم میں نے اپ کی ویڈیو دیکھی بہت اچھی لگی بہت اچھے پیرائے میں اپ نے سمجھایا۔۔۔ مگر اس میں جو اپ نے ورک ایٹ ہائیٹ کے بارے میں بتایا کہ 1.8 میٹر سے اوپر جو کام ہوگا وہ ورک ایٹ ہائٹ ہوگا۔ ایسا نہیں ہے کوئی بھی کام جو مثال کے طور پے ایک بلاک کے اوپر کھڑا ہو کے کیا جاتا ہے اس کو بھی ورک ایٹ ہائٹ بولتے ہیں۔۔۔ 1.8 میٹر سے اوپر جو کام ہوتا ہے وہ ہے ورک ایٹ ہائیٹ جس میں اسٹینڈرز ایمپلائمنٹ ضروری ہو جاتی ہے جس طرح فل باڈی ہارنس کی اور اس طرح کے اسٹینڈرز لاگو ہو جاتے ہیں۔۔۔
