Bro i am going to fill my preference list... For philosophy hons. I really want to read it but here is doubt. Like is there any career option after this?

I got my 4th preference because there is only 6 colleges (boys) for philosophy hons. I literally study 2 weeks before the examination... mainly from youtube, 12th books and a third party cuet book (I don't remember the name) that's it.
Mujhe bhi same course mila h 449/800 marks pe kya kru koi suggestion?? Agr upgrade krta hu to aryabhatta college ya ram lal anand college milega history or polity me ??
I would suggest the course over the college, I don't know about the other ones but if you are not interested in philosophy then you should probably upgrade to the course you are interested in...
