y'all REALLY need to do a 1v 1v 1v 1 cooking challenge with you, LOJO, Norm, and AYO. If you REALLY want to take it over the top, make it a catch and cook challenge where you all cook your own fish! LOVE Y'ALL!!!!!!
Fat guy that cooks a lot here - Norm's actual cooking technique was absolutely fantastic Steel pan, preheat until it is hot, good high temp avocado oil, seared each side to a beautiful golden brown. However, in typical Norm fashion, he forgot a crucial step to the challenge when he didn't season the fish. Add a healthy amount of lemon pepper seasoning or even some of that Tony's and cook it exactly how he did would be the best bite possible! Keep up the good work fellas 💪
Larry TCG has a really good fish seasoning. Don't know if it's still on the market but I haven't used anything else since I tasted it. Glad I bought 3 bottles.
Hey what's up? I have a video idea for you try fishing 1v1 with Norm but all you can use is the Yum swimming dinger Texas rig it is my favorite bait EVER and i have caught over 25 bass with it in one trip!!!!!👍
Would love you fish with you guys one day. Watching all the googan videos helped me through losing my mom from cancer. I appreciate everything you guys do for your subscribers. Thanks
It's getting to be winter time... It would cool if Googan had a long sleeve shirt subscription... You can even use all the old patterns... But we fans need to stay warm 😘
Pro tip: Sear both sides on high in the skillet then move it to the oven that is preheated to 350 degrees. And Norm was right. Don't put the fish, or anything else besides potatoes into a cold pan. Put your oil in, and when it's thin as water, then add the meat. Love y'alls' content!
Norm pat yourself on the back, first time cooking fish, you did real f-cking good, a lot of people who don't know how to cook fish would have made charcoal out of the fish, and against yakpak at that, a thousand thumbs up for this video😀😀😀😀😀
Plus a pro tip to most fish .. it’s done when all the water ( moisture ) in the meat is hot .is what I’ve always been told as to not dry out fish while cooking
Yo.. I just sat down for a late dinner after working on my truck after work.. it is 14 years old and I'm trying to replace the heater core in 25° weather... I need a new truck but I'm not a winner so congrats to whoever wins this truck !! 👍 Would love to visit sometime to show yall how to cook fish.. or anything.... lol 😆
I cooked for the in-laws when they were in town, Steak, Shrimp, mushrooms, and mashed potatoes, oven beans, and asparagus . Put it all in foil trays from ACE restaurant supply . Best day of my adult life (40yrs) they seriously asked what restaurant did the catering?? Only one draw back , I'm expected to grill and cook every time their in town ....
I can't believe y'all didn't stop Norm on the fish smoking in that oil 🤣 dude seriously I was dying 😂 😆 the squad should really give this boy some tips because I see the potential. Oh and what googan boy has never cooked a fish. 🤔
Yakpak yal should do a burger & fries challenge and see who can cook the best burger & fries but when yal go to Walmart & pick whichever seasonings yal want to use but don’t tell each other yal got to use until after yal cook & do the taste testing.
I'm with you my guys it's just that I'm stuck in a tent in South Meriden Connecticut nomad style off grid and it sucks and I hate it but peace from the Northeast the bearded fisherman I'm still fishing a little bit though on a quinnipiac River in South Meriden so take care of guys I love watching your stuff because it's gets me out of myself later boys
I can't even tell you guys what I could do with a truck haha. Got a new very off the grid property that I've got tons of plans for. I can try to keep a budget though so if it can go to someone else I'd just love to see content with it!
Wrecking that swordfish that a sin you put oil in a pan and let it heat up season it with sea salt black pepper and pan sear it but not to much seasoning or on heat to long as you dont want to burn it you still want to be light coloured as its a delicate fish
First you always let than Pam heat up . And avacado oil just has a higher smoking temp meaning it takes more heat before it burns or starts to smoke .. different oils dont really change much of the flavor while cooking .. unless it’s in a maranade first I’m not a chef by any means but prob like norm , I’m not a dr .. but I play one on tv …. lol l
Along as it's cleaned, and stored right you could literally salt, and pepper fish it'll be good. You guys are t much. Step up these challenges guys we expect better lol
Sup guys, swordfish, neither cooked before is scary🤣, I enjoy making a meyer lemon and garlic compound butter, and baste on grill with salt and pepper to keep simple, also simple with that compound butter to baste and use lemon pepper seasoning simple, norm idk about lack of seasoning or knowledge ? Going to guess early TJ wins? Was right but disappointed lol, if norm would've just seasoned before and Finnish with lemon he would've won lol, thought TJ would've come up with something better.
