Mauga's healing is proportional to his damage dealt. 4x damage gives him 4x healing. If he gets 4x healing received and 4x damage that's 16x healing.

He should he's heal abilty when he super like 200 below hen uses or when a whole group on you use health pack either way so you can have full hp again and don't need to use it

If the new hero was broken, he wouldn't have needed 11 buffs and then gotten 13 nerfs, and then gotten 7 buffs and 2 nerfs reworked.

Mauga is kinda dog ngl, I was playing soldier and solo 1v1d a Mauga and won multiple times, it might just be the player but that's my experience against him
