Im just going to say, that man is not bronze. If you are genunley stuck in bronze then the chances of even knowing how to build or being able to hit a shot are like 0%. Most of these people in lower ranks probably only played once or just dont grind ranked at all.
True, imo rank also doesn't really equal skill, my friend just got to unreal for the first time and I'm better than him, I also just hit my peak of 50% champ (not a big ranked grinder that's why it's bad) and some kids in unreal are (if rank mattered for skill) silver level.

Arena was more competetive than ranked has ever been, arena actually had comp loot pool while ranked has a bunch of goofy anime mythics and stuff that isnt in comp. ranked is public matches with a rank attatched to it not a competetive gamemode at all.
