Why though? NLB has 0 flinch and essentially infinite ammo off spawn, (you don't need to wait for shots to charge) and sidearms have much faster TTK's than any hand cannon. I think handcannon icebreaker would be way more fun to watch, but sadly less effective.

Not entirely true. A 3 tap from a Eyasluna has a faster TTK than 4-5 tap from sidearm. Add "Luck in the Chamber" perk and a two tap Luna has much better TTK. So, I'd say if you have a good roll on a Hand Cannon matching that with the Ice Breaker is just as effective as NLB and Sidearm. Consider that they are about to add more flinch to the NLB on 3/28 and HC+Ice Breaker will become even more powerful in comparison to NLB+Sidearm. Both are very effective and definitely Meta loadouts in 3v3 game modes like ToO.

DreDay18 nlb is a primary, many of his kills were jim stepping into the shot and not just waiting for them to peek. I understand what you mean though, camping is annoying, but, when everyone was shotgun warrior, people were complaining as well. not there is a hybrid of camp and primary with the latest balance. Also, Jake shows plenty of what you consider "primary" skill in previous videos.

PseudOnym He also did it with consistently having sniper ammo in his secondary. I have yet to see him show those same primary skills since the patch. It's always been NLB, or he starts with a primary, decides it's not working (because he's so used to using nothing but NLB for the last couple months) and switches back to NLB. I also hate that people honestly consider Uni Remote and NLB "primaries." Yeah, they can be used in the primary slot, but they aren't primary guns. Hand Cannons, Pulse Rifles, Scout Rifles, and Auto Rifles are primaries. IMO, NLB and Uni Remote are excuses to not use a primary because you want unlimited secondary ammo. They are fun to use, and it takes skill to effectively use NLB, but they aren't primaries and it's boring to watch

Clan3Karma I've seen plenty of 1v3's post patch where the 1 just let them get the res and either had ammo for their sniper to keep the res down, or they killed them with their primaries when they charged them after they got the res
