I was on the train. A grand day out in comfort on a stormy day but missing views like this. I knew there would be some good shots to see afterwards so I was not tempted to stick my head out of the window! Thank you for putting up with the weather for us. So nice to see a pure steam train without diesel "interference".

Wonderful exhaust on the jubilees, remember seeing Mars, Glorious and Dauntless blasting it out through Walkden station in the sixties.

Wow, that's a struggle. Very impressive driving!
