This is how my mother used to make laddoos for me in Diwali as i never liked besan ladoo. But these were my favourite. Now I make it for my daughter. The only difference is we make sugar syrup. 2 cup besan : 1 cup sugar : 1/2 cup water. This time I will try your recipe. Thanks for sharing
