Great exercice! I also enjoy, for a few weeks now, a related complex: The 3^2x3 complex! (with one 32k and two 14k bells): 3 dead lifts (single bell), 3 swings, 3 cleans, 3 overhead shoulder presses, 3 squats, 3 push ups on kettlebells, 3 lunges, 3 seesaw rows, 3 squat bicep curl by horn (single bell) for 3 rounds, thrice a week. Fun.
Interesting. I've used the Armor Building Complex in my routine for the last three months, would have to reduce the weight by a good bit to throw in the swings.
