This specific parts of the game needs perfect well suited espers. Perfect strategy needed too. But the game isnt perfect. Imagine analyzing too much. Am stuck with 2-13 and is crazily angry i couldnt pass thru it. Whoever planned this stage i hope he can sleep better at night.
For Fabrice you can use Sander since he's single-target and the Bosses aren't immune to AP down so he won't cycle his skills fast. Pritzker and Sander to constantly AP down him is super helpful.
A surprising good pick against 2-16 Benny is Nick cuz he can completely dispel shields and then Silence too. So you can use AoE Diseased + Nick to stop her Recovery from healing and also take out all her shields. Also I'm pleasantly surprised by how Hell Mode is doable w/o leggy units and in fact I might go as far as saying most epics are actually better there.

Was stuck on 2-16, now I did it in the same run while u was watching you. Thanks! :3 Also- I don't own gaius, but I used zora instead to buff block. Works just as well :)
ironically, ive been able to finish benny with 60-70 turns left but laura has been painful for me i dont have ife or aneis so my teams have been parmi, gabi, kara, jiangman, and nick for first round, twins, chloe, raven and clara for second round.. still trying 🥲
Your first team actually worked for me thank you! For the second team I switched raven for gaius, since he dispels just as good but does way more damage, so id recommend him if you got him :)
