Yes thats the biggest challenge I dropped my plan, moreover even in future they wont be able to provide any amenity unless and until the other plots of that township gets sold and collectively all builders come up with some common club house. Thats ery rare. Hence not recommended.
There are no facilities here yet, there is not even a boundary wall, streat dogs keep roaming throughout the residency, the builder has been making false promises of a club house for the last two years but there is no club house yet, now it has come to light that the builder does not have the land to build the club house, he is selling it only by lying. And the maintenance charges here are higher than the nearby societies.
