🌱 We're going to follow the Pomodoro Technique as usual. If you’ve never done Pomodoro before, don’t get freaked out by the fancy name. It’s really simple. 🍅
Basically, Pomodoro Technique breaks complex work into short intervals (usually 25 minutes of work + 5 minutes of rest). This method has been proven to help with focus and productivity! 🚀

That's thoughtful of you, but sometimes you are not allowed to continue to the next course if you do not hand in your assignment in time. If you have a student-loan, you may lose your income until your assignments are handed in. :) (Where I live at least). But in terms of learning and growing- you are right, it doesn't really matter when you are done. 😊

To everyone who's studying with this music: Checklist: • A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧 • Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋 • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧 • a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕ • Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone , a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨ •Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈 Reminder:After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me. You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book. I hope y'all had a good day, if not, that's okay too. That's really great to hear, I'm happy that you're trying you're best while dealing with Anxiety and depression. I know it gets hard to focus and study while dealing with them, but believe me what you're doing is amazing, you're really brave for thriving through whatever is causing your depression and anxiety. I do have depression too, life happens, but I don't stop, neither you should. Keep moving forward until you reach your goals, but of course don't forget to heal and rest. Good luck :)

Đối với tôi mỗi lần học là 1 lần áp lực. Nhưng từ khi vừa học vừa nghe bản nhạc nhẹ nhàng này khiến tôi đỡ áp lực hơn rất nhiều. Khi học xong tôi lại rất thoải mái và không có gì mệt mỏi . Nhạc 100 điểm ạ❤😂🎉

If you studied now 2.5 hour and you can say you were more than 90% of the time concentrated you can be pround on yourself, because your were really disciplined, you used your time really efficient and last you are now more relaxed because you are better prepared for whatever is coming next. Now you can be really satisfied by yourself. If you do this regulary you are able to pass every exame you are going for :) WELL DONE!

I’m 32 years old. I never understood the meaning of the word breath taking before today. When the view changed from daylight to sunset I literally stopped breathing and I guess my heart skipped a beat… that’s the most beautiful combination of nature and industrial view I’ve ever seen! Thank you for showing it and also for your videos. They helped a lot in exam days

My mother's family is from Yokohama. Growing up, I would spend most summers in this city. Yokohama waterfront is one of the most nostalgic places for me. Walking along the waterfront from Sakuragicho Station to Chinatown and then riding the Minatomirai line back makes for a great afternoon.

I've two exams tomorrow and was struggling to focus but I keep coming to your videos because it helps me a lot. What makes your videos different from everyone else's for me is not just the ambiance and the absolutely delightful views - but I look forward to the messages you put up during the breaks. It forces me to look up from my books and notes, and that's one of the reasons I play these on repeat. Thank you, Abao. I'm studying literature in two different aspects today - one is Indian Writing in English and the other - Modern Age literature. It gets a little suffocating to read of so much oppression and injustice but this ambiance will keep me sane today. Hope everyone else that's studying appreciates yourselves for hanging in there!! I'm proud of yall.

studying for my final exmas (biology currently, but I have got psychology and classical studies up next week). These kinds of videos are more than ideal for my studying conditions. The nonverbal music, the little motivational notes, the method she is using, everything helps me focus better than I ever have before. These final exams for my final year in highschool will be all the more achievable thanks to these videos
