I've been workin in salesforce for 2 years, one year as a sales person, one year as an admin, and honestly I was surprised how tricky the admin cert test is (or the practice tests that I took). My company doesn't utilize a lot of what salesforce has to offer so I'm cramming to fill in the gaps. This is incredibly helpful. Taking it in a few days. I thought I had to get 75% to pass but I just saw that it's actually 65%. Still a little worried, lol.

These videos have been a huge help in improving my understanding of Salesforce and I want to thank you for that Question though for anyone who may see this, I was following along with Ryan and in the "Page layout" section, when I change the Opportunity Layout and save it, it doesn't seem to update to the changes that I made. I've done exactly what he has, but the "Delivery Info" section is not seeming to appear in any of my Opportunities. Does anyone have an idea what could be my issue here? Thanks!

For your scenario, I'd double check the Page Layout Assignments and if you have any Record Types for the object, what are the page Layout Assignments there too. You will see the layout depending on your profile and record type of the record you are looking at. Besides all that, sometimes the changes take a moment to publish so you can try to clear your cache or log out and log back in.
