Good on you to post it though! People need reminders to check up on how their doing sometimes both mentally and physically, and completely forget about it until something bad hapens or the doctor tells them. Thank you for posting it, I took a snapshot of it, just to remind me from time to time.

Well, that was heart-felt and kind deer stranger. Studying doesn't necessarily induce pain, quite the opposite in my case. Studying the Heart's electrocardiogram ( basically how the electrical impulses in your heart present themselves in normal and abnormal cases) and thoroughly enjoying it. Since you're a nice person, I feel compelled to tell you that staying up late is the worst thing you could probably do to your abilities of long-term memorization, understanding key details, and other functions your test will demand. Please let me know you will try sleeping earlier, if not, at least maintain a regular sleeping late schedule ;)

whenever I make organised notes if I mess it up i get triggered and start all overrrr. but what I do (idk it might not work for everyone) I keep stuff cute but simple you know? keep a colour scheme, have clear headers and structured paragraphs. Don't overthink it. I watched a couple of videos on "how to structure organised notes" and there are some for lazy people (like me XDDD) so that you know how to make them cute with minimal effort. Idk- I've been doing it lately and it's helped. Flash cards are really good too :) I know this is so random and you literally didn't ask but I thought I'd share since I can DEFINITELY relate XD
I was pulling a 62 in precalc, didn't understand half the year. Uni wouldn't accept me with that kind of grade so I played this and started scribbling down equations like a madman every night. I drank far too much cold brew and slept half the weekends away, but now, finally, after two full weeks of studying till 3 am, I managed to bring it up to an 82! So thanks for the music, thanks to all you in the comments for all the encouragement and good vibes, and thanks especially to that one dude that said "stop looking at comments and get to studying"! :D
study tips for those studying (this helped me get from a 2.7 HS to 4.0 college): 1. Schedule with google calendar 2. Pomodoro with Goodtime app 3. Buy nice pens - writing notes should not be a chore 4. Put your notecards into Anki - you'll thank yourself in 3 years 5. Always get at least 7 hours of sleep, 8 or 9 is better 6. Exercise is usually the most important thing you can do for your mental health, not just physical 7. Take regular breaks, and love yourself. School should be a fun experience for you. A competitive mindset is key, but if it begins to feel overwhelming, never forget that it's not actually a competition. We should be able to help one another, and the success of another does not mean that you've failed - you're doing great

I dance wherever and whenever I can, but lately I've kind of lost all the inspiration to dance and because of the lockdown (Italy, may 2020) I can't take dance class. My town hates me, I've gotten people killed from it, so i have nothing to live for, i dont matter, im not someone anyone should look up to, and everyone hates me. I'm not someone to ask about this, but if you got covid recently, even if you dont have covid, social distance, have masks, and be sanitary, i dont want you to feel like you aren't anybody, you matter, not me. I'm the screw up here, you have your whole life infront of you, dont let the virus get in the way of that, keep fighting, never give up. I first found out about this audio when I was in 9th grade. Stressed, during the lockdown, studying, having a dream; to become a teacher. Last year, as a senior in high school, I struggled with my mental health, having several breakdowns and panic attacks per week, thinking I won't make it, persuaded that I won't get into the university of my dreams. However, although it hurt me physically and emotionally, I kept trying, I kept studying, pulling all-nighters, waking up early to study while listening to this lofi music. I am now writing this, after getting top grades in all my subjects, finishing highschool with honours and having gotten into the university I always wanted. My dream comes true. Next month I ll start university, studying in order to become a teacher. It does get better. You can do this! Don't wait for motivation to come to you by itself. Just start studying and motivation will follow. And remember to ALWAYS work hard for your dreams because at the end it is always worth it ❤ Feel proud of yourself for trying your best and don't forget to take care of your most valuable and important person; YOU💓

i dont get it, 3AM study sesh is fucking insane. At least, me, I get super fucking tired at those hours which obliterates me to actually study. I would rather wake up at 5:00 AM, make some coffee, and study.

Study girl is giving us the vibes of college student who is literally chilling out while studying.. this girl is so me during this pandemic and we had to do online classes. I can't study without a music by my side. It helps me to be more focus and not stressed out with the whole homeworks, assignments and those e-learning classes.

It's quarter past midnight here and I'm trying to reach the word count for the first essay of my teacher training course. Been feeling seriously overwhelmed since I started a month and ago, been caught up in a lot of worries and doubts about whether I'm up to it, whether I will make it to the end of the year, worrying I might end up dropping out because of not being up to it, but being here with you guys and sharing this space on this lofi video has given me a lot of courage and made me believe that I might be able to do this after all, and I might make it and end up a great teacher, someone who makes a real difference in his students' lives. I'm still afraid a lot of the time and worried about it, but I'm starting to see a light at the end of the tunnel and that is a great blessing and relief. Hoping that I can come back to this video in June next year and tell all of you guys how awesome the year was and how well I did and how I made it to the end in flying colours. Or maybe I'll stumble across the finish line, but in any case, I'd be very happy if I make it to the end of this year. Best wishes to all of you, let's make this year count!
Back in 8th grade my math teacher would play lofi music, it was the first time any of my teachers played lofi in class so it was pretty cool. One day this one lofi came on and I was shocked, it boosted me with energy and induced such nostalgia and feeling of hope. After that it played again three times the rest of the year and I never heard it again. To this day I’m still searching for it, I still remember every part of it vividly. I will find it, I’m not going to give up.
My personal favorite is Snowman by WYS maybe that’s the one you’re looking for. Or maybe In time by j’san Or maybe Safe Now by Harris Cole x Aso Those are all my personal favorites. Hope this helps 😊

It's 1 am and I'm currently revising for a Biology test tomorrow whilst simultaneously completing homework due for 9 am. I hope I don't fail :( UPDATE: I passed with 93%!!!!
