NO matter what, remember that for every compartment there is atleast one western style toilet. You only have to go to either end of the coach to find it. There are three kinds of foods in India, everywhere you eat. 1. High risk food : Everything and anything that is available at travel stations, that isn't packed. 2. Medium Risk food : Cooked in front of your eyes usually, but can't trace the origins of the maker of the food, or the type of water used etc. 3. Low Risk Food : Cooked then and there, can verify (by asking where they get their raw materials etc), and can see with your eyes the extent of its cooking, commitment of the cook (like he never goes to toilet in one session, has another person handling money while he prepares food etc.). There isn't an exception for this even in good hygiene hotels or MNC brands like KFC, McD. I have seen people get sick from these too. Note that all of the food carry a risk of Delhi Belly triggered by spice dosage, and NOT necessarily due to microbials (though microbials are most likely the cause with high risk food). Tip : To avoid the first kind of Delhi Belly, take very small dosages of highly flavoured food through days and then increase the dosage until your stomach adjusts. E.g. Start with Sambar or Dal, but don't go to Panipuri until your stomach is already accustomed to Sambar. To avoid the second kind exercise your common sense, ask local people if its safe to eat with a sensitive belly, and then look at the situation and take a call. Hope you will mention this whole message in your next food video, for the benefit of others. Thank you, and have a safe journey.
I am NRI born in Jalandhar and I whole heartedly agree with your tips, whenever I go back I always ease myself back into food and masala, even tho I still eat these foods everyday here in the USA.

**** Remember most eating places in India convert their price from Dollar to Rupees and charge accordingly mostly at every Airport in India. Except 4 wheel cart on the street. for example coffee $1.00 that is about 70 Rupees in India. Tea is little cheaper. ****

Those are not the real samosas. The samosas are actually stuffed with potatoes, peas and a little bit of onion. But in South India mostly they put alot of onions instead. Try samosa in Delhi . There is a place where u get chocolate samosa, mango samosa and what not
@@RobandJenny so just let us know before u go to Delhi. Will make sure to tell u good places where u can go and eat. One of them is Karim place. It's very famous and the food is amazingly good. Also ho to paratha gali in Delhi. U will live this place. Then there is a place actually a stall where a guy make pizza out of lentils and it's amazing and famous. Just google it
Rob & Jenny always check at the time of booking of tickets there should be LHB rakes in the train these are latest but the train in which you are travelling has no LHB rakes be careful.
@@rajatpachauri2467 except for one two trains here n there which runs in specific routes. Most of the trains, which 95%+ of people of India use are going maximum speed of 110kmph.
@@anuragtrivedi except the 2-3 trains, most of the other trains are capped at 110kmph. They could go more like +5kmph, but the safely permissible speed is 110 in most tracks . and the speed gets recorded, so the loco pilots could get in trouble if they disobey even the smallest speed restrictions(for maintenance or cause of construction etc) placed between two sections.
