Yep I live here in Knoxville Born and Raised the day the Volunteers fired Fulmer was the day I became a Tide fan all those years ago and I have been happy ever since :)
Bama loses Waddle and still throws for 400 yards. Pruitt is not such a good defensive coach when he doesn't have 5 stars. That's not even mentioning his offense. Lol. Sucks to be a Tennessee fan.
@Darius Williams Stars don’t really matter. Ben Davis was a 5 star and hasn’t played any meaningful snaps his whole career. He’s a senior this year at Bama
How was that not targeting??? I guess playing in Tennessee is the reason? That was targeting if they ever was. Refs with replay and still getting the calls wrong. Not just Bama but the whole SEC .
Yea that was fucked. I thought the lettering of the rule states a player can’t lead with his helmet? That’s literally what he did. He wouldn’t have hit him like that had he not led with his helmet.
Need more points in fourth quarter instead of these field goals come one bama fourth quarter's hasn't really been good for them they need to work on the last quarter it's a win but need to approve on some things
Yeah that's because when it is in the 4th quarter and we have a comfortable lead we can start substituting second and third string players for experience. We also call more conservative plays in this situation to get the game over with quicker and minimize injury risk. We don't have a fourth quarter problem.
Imagine...Mac, Jaylen, Najee and devanta should have ALL been Heisman finalist , that shit is just crazy !!! had Jaylen not got hurt, and I don't even know how najee didn't make it smh
Each game is different this game we played simple coverages daring 2 to throw and he made a couple grown man throws that is all, later n the season we will zone it up and play more body’s hopefully branch can get on the field !
@@pizzahutstricklin rly can't answer that, but my best guess would be either he simply hasn't impressed in practice (which I doubt) or he's had some kind of issue physically/personally thats pushed him down the depth chart.. once you find yourself down around that p4 p5 spot its hard to climb back up expacialy considering they new rbs that bama brung in and the guys that were already there?! Idk your best guess is as good as mine but at this point I honestly wouldn't be surprised if I seen his name pop up in transfer portal at some point this season..
That was textbook targeting on hit on WR #6 for Bama. SEC refs don't call that then targeting doesn't exist in the SEC. Attention all SEC defenses: The league says it is open season on offensive players. Do anything you want - legal or not. There will be no consequences.
Najee Harris got robbed of a touchdown. That is a heisman candidate. Come on referee to announce the plays between Atlanta and Georgia to confirm the rulings of the 160 passing yards and the two touchdowns in general. Four plays per days is what happens with them and important to follow who the heisman trophy presentation is this year. Yearly appearances are good enough and okay at this day rate of important quarterback statistics in college football.
Second score was clearly a td for Najee but the SEC refs showed how bad they really are. Put the ball at the two while Najee clearly crossed the goal line with the football.
They need to get rid of that guarantano guy. That guy shouldn't be playing quarterback. Brian Maurer I think would be a better pick. Great job to Alabama though. Maybe one of these years we could beat them.
Tennessee might could be competitive again if they could run Phil Fulmer out of the school. He’s a backstabbing , glory seeking narcissist. sports.yahoo.com/amphtml/10-takeaways-how-bad-can-it-get-at-tennessee-070643715.html
Maurer I think went somewhere else idk. If we’d take JG out I think we’d at least stand a chance. But he’s buddy buddy with Pruitt. At least this is his last year playing.
great teammate, everyone on the team loves him. in fact, he's so great of a teammate that his disposition showed it all game as he mourned the injury to waddlehouse.
Darius Williams if Georgia can get a solid qb position then we can beat bama, so much of the mistakes that game were from Bennett’s position. Uga’s defense gave up at the end after we were getting beat in the 4th. Bamas biggest games now are sec championship against Georgia and playoffs against Clemson
@@chrismurray3856 you crazy as hell. Yeah we got receivers but they ain’t no damn Jaylen waddle. Not just production but the fear and respect he gets from opponents. Other receivers don’t get that. And if you get that from the opponents it also means one on one with Smith or whoever. So yes it is devastating
Why saban got his starting line and receivers out there after seeing waddle hurt why couldn't #5 or #11 get a chance at the ball or leave #8 in and play with him and #18
Saban wants to give Bryce Young some game experience with the starting receivers and line in case Mac gets hurt. If you switch the whole first team out for the second team, then when second-string players need to come into the game they don't have chemistry with the first-string players.
I know the Waddle injury happens in football but I wouldn't play my best receivers on a kickoff! I would put a back up receiver or running back like they did with 24 Robinson. It's a difference when you put them on a punt return after a 4th down stop to make something happen but a kick off you are opening up to injuries. Next man up!
Why is UT still in the SEC? They're getting the karma they deserve for how they treated Fulmer. No decent coach wants to coach there, the fans are nitwits. Phil got complacent, got caught up to, but he was in the process of upgrading...and the fans had no patience for it. They could never grasp that Tenn just does not have the in-state talent base to "easily" rebuild every season. But whatever.
In life we learn that those like Phil Fulmer who lied and cheated got theirs for the last 16 years. Phil lost to Saban two straight years and then 14 more to add on to the Rocky Slop Song of Failure never having to listen to it. @@jpinkston we had our 3rd string defense in 4th quarter and 2nd and 3rd string offense in....Tennessee has been "rebuilding" for 14 years now. Bama could have put as many points as they wanted up, but what's the point....isnt getting your ass kicked by 31 points in your own stadium 14 straight times bad enough. Pretty sure bama is every bit as good as we think they are, and you know it too whether you want to admit it or not
@@jpinkston where were these good players? I understand you supporting your team but Tennessee has had what 2 or 3 winning seasons in the past 14 years. The rest is 4 and 5 win seasons. Have faith all you want but that was a terrible team I saw today. The 3rd Saturday in October use to mean something. It's just another W in bamas schedule every year now. The last time y'all beat bama, most of your current players were in kindergarten through 2nd grade....lol.
@@jpinkston and with all ***due respect as you said, getting smashed by 4tds and a fg by a team that put their 2nd and 3rd string in the majority of the 4th quarter and took their foot off your neck is a beating in anyone's book except yours apparently.
this comment section just shows what low IQs these so called fans can have sometimes. either that or ridiculously spoiled, "wE sHoULda ScOrEd MoR", "WuT iZ SaBiN DeWin PlaYin WaDDa oN KikoFF" smh..
