I made the mistake of driving out here yesterday and had to suffer with people who dont know how to drive, construction, god awful toll booths (thanks a lot, Indiana), a 3 hour drive and a headache coming back from here. But I would say it was mostly worth finally hearing these two in person, plus making my way on to the Elkhart railcam afterwards. You can hear a 2001 start dying in the background around the time the third set of air horn starts (air horn is the official name per ASC spec sheets but call it what you want).
Air horn was about as loud as I would expect from a siren like this, from my distance I did not have to cover my ears but it was decent. However the voice was very quiet, and difficult to understand due to how muffled it is on these sirens.
