Rob Booker - Knoxville Divergence strategy- Looking at the past data, we can identify the buying point, how do we know the selling point? The selling point will be made in future. OR We identify the buy and sell from previous data and book a trade when the same target hit in present.

Hi All, Knoxville Divergence strategy I have done some back tracking with few fundamental stocks. In this strategy most of the time many buy signals are coming one by one, and followed by many sell signals. If we follow this, we will buy on first signal, and then many more buy signals will come where we need to watch, and then we will sell on first sell signal which is not very profitable. Looks like we are missing some steps to make this strategy complete. I found Knoxville is working good for long term investors, who buy in small chunk. They can buy in each buying signal and hold for long (3+ years) for max gain. Is anyone else got same doubt and any solution for this? I am doing more research on Knoxville, we post if I found solution of my problem.

Vivekji... Knoxville repaints the line. I e. It changes the entry and exit signal as per the new divergences in RSI. 2) Since we are buying next day in most of the cases buying price is above the entry.

Sir, I wish to understand, when bunch of continuous Green candle are formed the movement from lowest low till highest high be more than 20% - draw a line lower and upper base, we should buy and sell at highest level up to this clear. The confusion arises when when we find the marking is done SAY 14 DEC 2013 CHART - as per the marking the BUYING - say- RS. 650 / and Selling SAY 12 MARCH 2014 RS. 800/ - the GAP is 89 days. IN such situation HOW WE CAN BUY STOCK, BECAUSE SAY in 15 SEP-2023 the STOCK PRICE is Rs. 1100/- and SINCE THERE IS some thing called - Rule of EXCHANGE with regard to LOWER CIRCUIT and UPPER CIRCUT- AND the BUYING OR SELLING ORDERS can not be put below the lower or upper circuit. Kindly clear my doubt and explain. Jai Sri Krishana
