generally one acre lo 120-150 flats avg ga construct chestaru based on flat sizes ..but candeur 40 vaalu 300+ unnayi... such a cheap quality one... look at their project reviews from Bangalore.. so sorry for buyers who purchsed in candeur 40...
Boss This is high rise of 40floors with 80% open area Even for 15floors constructing around 100+ flats per acre It’s not cheap quality I am the owner satisfied with the quality for the price 😊
@@mallikarjun4193 quality is also important, but at the same time how many people are utilising open area is also important. For my project in 2.5 acres around 230 families are only there. Which means the same 80% open area and amenities can be used with less crowded.

Candeur MD is never available. He needs to be available, be that assurance and address to queries. ASBL kokapet MD did presentations and gave assurances.
Waste of time.. I would suggest dont but here.. Lifts are very less and price also too high.. Too many flats constructed with very less space. Dont buy any candeur projects .. They are constructing too many with less space.
