She cares deeply for her dragoons and friends, she organized so many cool events, she's not afraid to work with both corporate and indie Vtubers, she's an actual gamer and most importantly aside form cursing like a salor she's one of the most PG Vtubers there is. I mean like of not really being NSFW and catering to coomers kind of PG, I know she doesn't mind it but she doesn't really acknowledge or encourage it like most Vtubers do.

I think is due to the collapsing economy over there, they can no longer afford to spat too much on opportunities for profit. Even hololive appears attempting to return to bilibili with Kobo.
