@@DOCFWH of its still available jump on it. The FLD was generally ignored and as such most of them are in great shape in the used market. Now they are coming into the know and are getting harder to find.
i'm looking at a used one now with low miles. i don't care for the wheels, do you think they could be changed out to a spoked wheel and still have the discs fit the brakes? thnx.
Hogworkz makes LED upgrades for tons of Harleys and Indians. I know they make LED headlights and turn signal upgrades for the Switchback because a dealer near me has a 2016 on sale for stupid cheap and I checked lol.
Do you know if a CC is available aftermarket? Considering a Switchback and I couldn’t care less about other modern screens and electronics but I’d love to have a CC.
I believe Harley actually offers cruise control for an add on around $300 you would just need to take it to a dealership to get the ECU flashed to recognize it. I don't think it was available when I looked a year or 2 ago but recently I saw it.
What year Switchback do you have, and what changes have you made to it? There's a 2016 for sale near me that I'm very interested in. Thanks in advance.
@@DOCFWHmines a '12, put Tbars on it, bassani exhaust, mustache crash bar on the front and bungkings on the back to protect the model specific bags. I also added the speedo/ tach gauge, and a Corbin step-up seat, and passenger mini floor board pegs.
This bike has been my goal for a long time. A lighter road king at half the price used. At the end of the day it's still a dyna so it's going to be quicker and more nimble than a RK. The only thing I've ever disliked about the Switchback is the wheels. Same wheels in Chrome or Gloss black look much better but I'd prefer to go with a less old school muscle car looking wheel all together.

@@jesusamador4661 a dyna has 2 shocks on the outside of the frame a softail has a rearend that looks like a ridged/hard tail frame but has the shock hidden underneath the seat. Totally different from each other.
Only bike I want ….I own a 2013 sportster 1200c ….I am use to bigger metric bikes like road star 1700cc but my only desire is to own a Harley and I love my sportster but I want a switchback
I had a 2006 1200c and I was thinking about getting a used Street Glide. The dealer didn't have any used streetglides other a 95 police edition. Saw the SwitchBack and fell in love. I got in and out in 40 mins. It was like going from a yugo to a caddy
