I was perscribed to "lean" for years. Not gonna say what for so u can fake it but I had it all. Heres how it goes: Green: just promethazine. No codein. Promethazine potentiates opiates. So the combo of them together is why it's popular. Codein metabolizes into morphine when mixed with prometh. Morphine being a much stronger opiate. Actavis is the best tasting. And also just had a somewhat different feel but if say the main thing was the taste. I won't lie. It does taste amazing. They need to make it just a regular drink. Just it alone tastes.
