Imagine there's a mode that focuses purely on macro. Implemented by Riot themselves, you could play with in-game "scripts" that auto farm and do mechanics for you. Your roll is too focus on macro and win like that.

I hate scripters so much. Scripters are why i hate league for the last 2 years and it only gets worse. Scripters ruin 40% of games even in the bronze elo. I've played for over 10 years and the game matches me vs scripters in nearly half of my matches. What most players call a, "smurf," is in reality a cheating scripter. The reason why Smurfs play with such aggression and skill is because they are really cheating running scripts and the AI is doing everything for them. It is only because League of Legends is so damn addicting that the game has survived this long. I'm glad you showed how powerful and beligerant the scripts are these days so that players can know and see how bad it really is as most players are absolutely naieve as to what these scripts can do.
