Yes, of course. In this trip I used a tipi tent and an inner winter 1-person tent. For a comfortable sleep I had an self inflating mat and a sleeping bag (-4°C) For cooking: a cauldron (2.5L), a kettle (1L), a tea/coffee cup and a cezve for coffee. I also had a folding wood stove, a sack, axe and hand saw. I put all this stuff, except for my sleeping bag, in an 80-liter backpack. I also always have a first aid kit and jars of spices (salt, pepper, spice mix etc.) with me.
I've been searching tons of camping youtubes and now I can say that I finally find the one that I dream all the time.. you are my dream and future... (thumbs up)
Thank you for another good video. You are obviously very experienced at camping. I thought that I would share a little tip that someone taught me a long time ago. A good way to ensure perfect lengths of wood for your camp stove. Paint a line on the saw blade or put a permanent knick on the spine and use that for measuring by putting the blade alongside the branch.
Thanks for your great feedback! I am very grateful to you for your great tips. The best skills that I know, someone once advised me and it's very cool, because all this enriches my experience, which I can also share.
That's a wonderful idea I'll share with boys in my Trail Life Troop. In the past I usually dragged/carried my branches and logs to my campsite, then eyeballed the size of my stove. Your idea is far more thoughtful and aesthetic!
Thank you for taking us old cats on a wilderness hot tent camping trip. I'm using up my 8th life you tube camping. Glad I found your channel. Soup looked delish!
The tent and the stove is very cool. What is the name of that tent and stove? And where could I buy both of them? The tent and stove I have, you need a pack mule to carry it around for ya.
Thanks for watching! The weight of the gear is light 🙂 Tent: www.amazon.com/WINTENT-Season-Waterproof-Teepee-Camping/dp/B085DHKM8N?th=1 Wood stove: www.hottenttribe.com/TF-Camping-Titanium-Wood-Burning-Bushcraft-Stove-p1697973.html
