In this episode my buddy Mavrick and myself are in the Bayou in Louisiana staying on a house boat. We end up catching some huge alligator gar on jugs, catfish on noodles, then went and caught some crawfish for dinner, and ended the night with some spear fishing. Stafford's ability to dance on the line between just constantly roasting people for not knowing the Cajun ways, to delicately teaching them the proper methods is an art form in and of itself. Makes you feel like an idiot for a second just for a gag, then has your back and congratulates you on reeling in a 70 pounder... That man is a national treasure.
