A company has a delivery truck costing Nu. 41,000 with a 4 years useful life and Nu. 1,000 salvage value. The company undertakes a major overhaul costing Nu. 7,000 at the start of the year 3. Company depreciated the truck using SLM method during the first 2 years. The overhauling is expected to increase the life of the asset from 4 to 5 years. Required: Prepare a revised depreciation schedule after overhauling the truck.
