some body talked about the greedy or personal benefits of parents in terms of giving birth to children........now, if you think that taking care is not selfish....then you are even more wrong.......every parent is obviously selfish to some extent towards their children......in fact, it is not selfishness as you have assumed...but it is actually pure " LOVE " not just husband to his wife or wife to her husband .......in fact it is more "purer love" towards the ethics or more then ethics of believing in god and living according to DHARMA only to implement DHARMA practically by not just giving birth to children....actually when in some cases even if parents are unable to get children they will selflessly strain themselves to the extent that is beyond any children imagination to please god and then they are gifted.....and then only some children are born in to this world as humans.....
