2 Door Fleetwood interior Review. ( The Holy Grail of Cadillacs) 

He should have never left the car there for 39 months. Any shop that needs to hold your car for that long can’t be trusted. Time lines need to be kept or pull your car out immediately.

This perfect example of why I buy and don’t build anymore I don’t have time to go to prison over a car

Coming from a person that has his own shop let me tell you that was a last minute rush job plain and simple.

This doesn't make any since. How could a shop even have the ordacity to bring that car out of the shop with the paint, sunroof, wires rusted and upper A arms pitted among other things. I think they got paid then fucked this guy. That is a shame.

Unless your a Cadillac fan you might not notice but thats a four door sedan cut in half to make it a Fleetwood coupe.... Literally making a a new car. ❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉 And I've seen this car in a video by stitched by slick..... and that's 100000000000 percent not fuckin acceptable at all..... Complete refund or a lawsuit.... Thats an eazy case to win.... I super like stitched by slick but not acceptable. 😢😢😢😢

Why ppl don't say the shop name in these videos. You're not putting nobody on blast You're being honest. This isn't the 80's. This not dope money ppl spending on these car's. This is hard earned working nights. Budgeting saving making move's trying to get it. Then shops charge 2 arms and a leg for interior. I know he cried with anger when he saw that.

He should have been checking on his car on a regular basis to ensure that the shop was performing their duties in a timely manner.

I really like when these 94-96 Fleetwood's are 2 doors. Not a fan of these weird newer interior swaps personally. I recognize 90s GM interiors were boring and plastic, but I just keep it OG. I don't play with with anyone I can't count on.

First off it's his own fault for not checking on his ride on the regular second of all if a Shop told me it would take 39 Months to do exterior I would have said he'll no this is a totally ridiculous video PERIOD

Your first mistake homie.. should of taken off the rims, should of taken all the interior and taken only interior parts to shop. Also should of went to check on your car frequently and covered it up yourself from weather..

Had a similar experience with a pretty famousl lowrider shop in AZ. My ride at sat for a year under a swamp cooler and rusted and pitted all the new exterior chrome and the undercarriage. After noticing the lack of work being done and damage after a year, pulled my car from that shop and happily tell everyone to avoid that place.

A lot of errors from poor craftsmanship. In my opinion, a build like this should of been done from the inside out. All test fitting, adjustments can be done and make sure everything lines up perfectly.

This is a lot for me to understand how you have already spent ridiculous money to this point & trust an establishment to care for your car that long (36 months). Did he pay up front & how much did he put down? How often did he check up on the condition or progress? If you see your "baby" getting abused, take it out of the situation! I can't imagine the recovery... hope he gets this situation resolved...

Shouldn't have left the car at this shop for over three years. I read in the comments section that the owner was building 3 other cars while this one was in the interior shop. Despite this fact, it's the car owner's responsibility to be certain work is being done in a timely manner on his car. The interior shop is still responsible for poor work and care of the vehicle, but the owner should accept most of the blame. It's obvious this car was kept outside for whatever reason unknown. As far as the chrome and gold plating, as Brent Greer (Pitbull Hydraulics), "Good stuff ain't cheap, and cheap stuff ain't good. You get what you pay for". The owner should've left well-enough alone. The car was fine before the owner's "vision".

I have been building cars for over 30 years. I'm not leaving my car in a body shop, upholstery shop, electrical shop, hydraulic shop, or auto repair shop for 39 months. He's an idiot business wise. There is two things that you don't do. You don't give a shop all the money upfront, and you don't put a car in a shop if you don't have all the money to get super custom shit done, and establishing a payment plan that will be paid over a long period of time. What happens is that your car becomes shop furniture and people are leaning on your car, eating lunch on it etc. that's on him, common sense is free.

Never take your car to hitting switches. Majestic b to fix your car. You will take 5 years, and you body will be completely crushed from The Harsh weather of parking outside the shop. the outside parking.

There’s more to the story. 39 months for interior is way too long. That’s over 3 years. It looks like they just threw that back together just to get the car out the shop. Maybe there was a money situation. Customer maybe ran out of money and worked on it as payments where made. Who knows. 2 sides to every story. Either way the work is unexceptionable. But gold plate fades after time. And the paint peeling is probably the painters fault. in my opinion there was a payment situation that escalated to this !!

Do your homework before choosing a shop. Man, seeing they did to your homie not acceptable. He handled it better than I could.

This is why I do it myself bro anymore .I would rather have a fault in my shit and have 500 into it doing it myself then pay someone 5000 and have the same faults and shit damaged and stolen out of my car.

Some of us are willing to be patient with shops. Some of us are willing to pay the said price for a vision. Some of us are willing to deal with a few issues as long as they can be rectified on a professional level in a professional way. Cars of this caliber are not your everyday build. The 2 door conversion alone set it on a "above average" build from the start. And yet this shop along with other seamlessly down grade builders visions with spotty work and send out product like this. It's no wonder we fall short on build completion and get discouraged. This shop should own these issues like a professional establishment should and support getting things right. Evidently, paying the agreed price wasn't enough for the owner of the vehicle. Unbelievable!

This is worse than amateur work. They must have put a new hire trainee on this. They kept it for 39 months, but spent about an actual month on it. They should not have accepted the job until they could do it from start to finish, working on it daily.
