please help me understand, but is there a rule stating that there absolutely HAS to be girls who are on the heavier and out of shape side? I mean the starting pitcher for Ohio st #32 rice Like c'mon she can't possibly be considered athletic just because she can maybe hit a homerun every 100 at bats and can throw a ball mildly fast can she? I mean for god sake her stomach is like jiggling and shaking up and down every minor movement. Just horrible. If they don't hit a homer how can they run the bases? It's 60 feet so it's probably not very hard that's why. It gives the athletic, physically disciplined and self respected girls a bad rep seeing more and more heavy girls playing the game. Like in the same game you see girls who visibly want to take care of themselves physically and respect their bodies. It's the only sport a heavy woman like rice #32 Can play probably because they'll get put at first base pitcher or catcher where they'll barely need to move to break a sweat. They break more nails than sweats. less food and more running needs to happen with some of these girls Oh well....
NerolNiethsreg just because they're on the plus size end doesn't mean they don't take care of themselves and aren't athletic. Did you ever think about health issues? You don't need to be an ass about it. Plus size people can be athletic and healthy too
@@ob6252 I agree wholeheartedly OB. She obviously competed against other girls to make the team. She's an inspiration to girls who don't look like athletes but have the desire to be competitive. Babe Ruth was overweight and top heavy...it's a good thing they didn't have Nero's mentality.
You don't have to be of perfect size, build, and stature to be a good athlete. But that being said, some of these players look like they're more prone to suffering bad effects of Covid if they get it. I pray none of these softball players and all other softball players have or will get Covid.
