In the game and outside of the game, Ethan is without a doubt the most exemplary Survivor player of all time, and I'm not just saying that because I share a name with him! Tom was a great comic relief this season following season 2 when they really didn't have any comedians, but season 1 had Greg and Rudy.
Southern Skeptic Tina was actually just portrayed as being nice on tv after a villain in S1. Colby was the true hero both on tv and on the island. Ethan though is easily the nicest winner ever.
This guy lives in my area and when i was in middle school he came to my school for a beefcakes competition and dressed up like a woman lol he's absolutely hysterical in real life!
Muslims don't eat pork products either. I'm not Jewish or Muslim but I believe even the most Orthodox rabbi would grant a dispensation for eating ham under these circumstances they compete under. Kudos however to Ethan for sticking to the convictions of his beliefs. I give him much respect regarding this plus he seems so sincerely nice outside of Survivor - starting a soccer group for inner city kids with his winnings, for example. He also beat cancer twice that I know of.
i’m not 100% on this but i think it needs to be a dire situation like if there’s literally nothing else to eat. which wouldn’t apply here because he got other food with the pork and he technically had food back at camp too. i think if it was only pork on that dish it might be allowed though
I eat pork ..but let's be honest pork is indeed one of the most unhealthy things humans eat . It's full of bacteria and other shit ..it eats everything you feed them 🤮
Pretty sure religious authorities have ruled that in dire situations dietary laws don't apply. I think survivor would qualify but good on him for sticking to it.
@@SouthernSkeptic Are you still watching? I tapped out after Winners at War, I was tired of the show just being a glorified board game with the million different advantages and random twists being thrown around, plus the SJW stuff. It used to be about real, raw, natural human behavior and social interaction in extreme conditions, now it's just ppl looking for idols and other toys while trying to do the most backstabbing to call it a BIG MOVE.
@@mrjollyguy25 I watched one episode since season 40. The first episode of season 42. All they were doing was being woke and crying all the time. I also didn't finish season 39. I only watched 40 because of the cast.
They would be offended if he said, "He's a dirty fucking Jew, he won't eat the ham" nobody would care what he said here. The fact you can't tell the difference is scary.
@@jekyllynch6168 Nobody would be offended? You haven't seen the insanity of the woke lately. Show this to 100 liberals and guaranteed at least 30 of them will take offense.
@@58twright No. I do. It just astounds me that people would think that is anti-Semitic. I guess it is like the black sheep story where a lot of white people got offended for black people over a poem about a black sheep because they thought it was racist and was made during the Civil War to make black people seem like animals. Then after the poem started getting banned a lot of black people called in and said that the poem isn’t racist at all and it was made in no regard to slavery. It’s basically just a bunch of people being offended for someone else even though they are nothing like each other.
