I was fortunate enough to be born in the 80s and being a grown child late 80s and teen early 90s was wonderful awesome memories everything was cool , style, movies , songs , everyone was happy and enjoying life everything was simple and easy , I already feels I’m trapped in those 2 decades 80s&90s no mobile phones no techs all over the place like today 😤 we use to enjoy schools and weekends use to play soccer ⚽️ & basketball 🏀 round the neighbourhood, walking to blockbuster to rent 🎥, or Friday night with friends playing NES&SNES , we were on top of the moon with these little things, very nostalgic 🥲🥲

There are microbiota emitting toxins in your brain. This is dysbiosis, and it affects everyone differently; a path of least resistance kind of thing. Depression does not belong, and it is different than sadness. Sadness is blue, and depression is purple. In most instances, it's the fungi that feed off of sugars, dextrins, and digestible carbohydrates in general. There are also bacteria, parasites, and viruses that can get way out of control across the whole spectrum of your body. Another thing to check is your nutrient balance. Lectins, or "antinutrients", prevent you from absorbing minerals and vitamins via popping the enzyme bubbles containing said nutrients before they pass through the intestinal walls. Lectins are plants defense mechanism, and should be treated appropriately. Grains and all night shades have lectins (Tomatoes, potatoes, zucchini, squash, peppers, etc.). You want to make sure that you are getting all your nutrients especially things like vitamins D, K, and U, and magnesium, manganese, and sodium (Your body will reform salts with potassium or other nutrients to keep a healthy homeostasis of all the different salts). Low-salt diets actually deprive you, as well as low-fat diets. Fats help absorb nutrients and build your intestinal walls and brain barriers, not to mention help with collagen production for skin and joints (Arthritis). It is important to note the difference between HDL and LDL fats here; HDL are the good ones (Coconut, avocado, olive oils; butter, ghee, tallows, and schmaltz are good choices for this). STAY AWAY from seed and vegetable oils; they are poison (Boiled, chemically treated, and left to sit; three ways it breaks down into trash oil). Next, focus on Social Health. When you participate in a social function, your brain produces Oxytocin--the Love Hormone. It boosts every part of your life including immune function. Never lockdown again. Go and meet people. Sing karaoke. Take a pottery class. Stay offline, as much as you can. Being online leads to feelings of isolation, which produces Cortisol--the Stress Hormone. Terror headlines and doom-scrolling contribute highly to stress and depression this way. Exercise; everyone hasn't shut up about this and I really don't think I have to go in depth, but basically it works miracles for your body--including your brain and mood. Endorphins, Dopamine get released when you exercise (Even just doing physical work). Take this multi-pronged approach (Also consult a dietician) and see how you feel. For me, personally, it works. First day off carbohydrates and lectins has me waking up happy every time. There are also spices and herbs you can use to your benefit, such as turmeric, moringa, ashwaganda, chamomile, and cinnamon. This list is endless, but these are my favorites lately. You should also look into cellulose (Wood pulp; it matures your microbiome to healthy stages), allulose, inulin (Prebiotics help probiotics proliferate to keep you in biosis), and fermented foods; these include natto, rice vinegar, sauerkraut, pickles, and kefir. The first track inspired me very much. I needed to hear that so much right now. I'm trying to put all of the pain I am in into my music at the moment, but have hit a wall when trying to address the issues I have regarding a decade of gaslighting abuse at the hands of a psychopathic abuser. This is the first piece of music that sounds like how it felt to have my eyes opened and see things as they were for the first time, and him as he is, and realize that he had been leading me over the edge of a mental and emotional precipice, and the sort of crossroads of that moment where you say, ok, I can jump, or I can turn around and try to make it out of here on my own. But either way, I have to let go of this hand I'm holding, because it's not the hand of love. It's the hand of something worse than evil. Worse than anything we know about evil in this world, at least. This is a lot to say in 1 comment 😂 but I just wanted to say, I feel better, even just for while I listen to the track, and it makes me a teeny bit sad you don't allow lyrics and vocals edits, but I'll still always be able to hear that sound and know in some small way, someone wise must have felt a similar feeling of discovery, terror and relief at some point. And that's how that sounds. ❤

I just have to say it! This is a really good music mix that completely hits my music taste and the fact that it even is free to use is just amazing. My favorite song is probably 13.Hackers because it has something that lets me want to compete in some kind of a race and the base is really nice. Thank you very much for putting in the work!
