@@numa2k147 I didn't know who he was until like a year ago..I was like holy crap that's that guy that taught all my fundamentals...dude was super cool. He had a love for fighting games and he really didn't want to see some kid get wrecked every game and just give it up. I'm really thankful for him or I wouldn't be playing fighting games..
It's basically just someone who enters a tournament knowing they more than likely won't have a chance of winning, but doing so to add money to the overall prize pool for payouts.
fighters megamix was so awesome. it had the dodge mechanic from virtua fighter 3, so even though the saturn sadly never got a virtua fighter 3 port, it at least got a game with its main new mechanic
I was at evo 2016 for pokken (and met Max there) and yeah, Pokken (and smash 4) was so mishandled it wasn't even surprising it delayed the KI finals. My pool for pokken alone was half an hour late to start because we didn't have anyone to actually run it and it took them forever to get a replacement.
Hey JM, you should allow us to send you some questions and you can put them in. Ive got a ton of 1000 question ones that I think will be awesome. Hard, but not too hard
Watching towards the end, if I could have any co-commentator, it would be one of my favorite rappers, Lupe Fiasco. He is big into the FGC, though I think Tekken is more his preference (despite my lack of knowledge on Tekken lol)
