Miss Chien, We are very much alike. I learned to do a lot when I was living alone, and when I married a man who had health issues, so I took care of him. I had to do the yard work, home repairs, plumbing, car maintenance, and minor electrical. I had to get rid of my chickens because I didn't have time to tend to them anymore, due to my husband getting more and more ill. Eventually, my husband had to move into a nursing home when he got much worse, then he passed away. I had an accident and hurt my back very badly, beyond surgical repair. So now I'm the one needing help, and no one close by to help me, so my home needs repairs, my yard is a mess, and I can barely get dressed by myself. I now understand how it feels, to need help. What really breaks my heart, is that I have an elderly mother that I cannot help, like I used to. It's wonderful that you are so talented, and using the gifts God has given you - to help another person in need. I hope with your videos you encourage many people to try and do their own repair projects, and more importantly - share their gifts with others who need help. What a wonderful world it would be if we all could understand the concept, that the elderly and sick need love and respect. May God bless you, your farm, and all your work.
