Hey Daniel, I'm a viewer from India and as an Indian i feel really proud of you choosing Mahindra for your camera car trusting it's reliability, looking forward to seeing many more videos of modifications !
Loving the series mate. Keep loading the rig, cant wait for the bull bar one. I wish your previous video with new tyres had bit more length on the look of it. Great profile photo on that video. You being a pro cam dude, expectations are every growing high ;)
proud to see umake mahindra scorpioN buyers they all want to know about the lift kit n exhaust.....ur channel just poped up in my youtube from nowhere...even im living in philippines as of now but as an indian my dad always buy scorpios...nice works..😂
Thanks mate. Loving owning an India vehicle. Such solid, reliable vehicles. Yes Ryebuck are shipping lift kit and exhaust world wide now so give them an email or social media message
Good idea! I did take a before side profile video but havn't had a chance to get an after video. I'll make sureto include that comparison before/after video in my follow up review in a couple of months :)
Hi Danie, I own the same Scorpio N 4xplor, just in white colour.I am planning to install a lift kit and would love to see how the car performs on and off the road with the suspension kit you installed. Please make a video of the kits review. Happy miles of adventure to you in the Scorpio and lots of love from us Indians..
Hey mate, definitely. Will do a review over the Christmas period. I did however go to Moreton Island last week (video coming soon) and it preformed perfectly. Also meant compared to the other Scorpios in the group, I didn’t drag my belly in the deeper ruts
Awesome!!! Definitely the ground clearance must have increased, it would be great if you could compare the change in the riding dynamics (off-road, highway, in the twisties) of the stock suspension and the lift kit. Merry Christmas in Advance 🎄🎁
@@sangrampatil3215 I just put a post asking about the same thing, just bought one in Red and so far it's a great car. Getting used to the size and the diesel engine coming from a tuned Focus XR5.
Nice videos. Good luck for ur youtube journey n ownership. My 2nd vehicle was the 1st generation Mahindra Scorpio cherry colour top varient. I do miss it a lot. Do surf that model on the net. U will also love it.
Hey mate !!! Just too good. Plenty of videos of upgrading the Fortuner and Everest and other iconic overlanders/offroaders, but I applaud your choice to choose the Mahindra Scorpio N and also post step by step videos for upgradation. I wish to do the same for my vehicle but step by step. Not sure if I can source the parts or the technical know how for installation here in Kolkata-India. Also a big question from the warranty perspective. Indian SC are notorious to blame the customer for any kind of mods - cosmetic/technical. 😢Also, the entire suspension upgrade might become a costly affair for many of us here, especially on a brand new stock car. Maybe will wait until she has got a couple of years behind her. However, the exhaust is some sweet music to the ears. Any issue with emission norms?
@@DanielSnare hope Ryebuck also sends in engineers along with their products cuz Mahindra dealerships don't have technically sound mechanics and engineers in smaller cities and towns!
It is incredible how you guys could easily change the original factory fitted suspensions of the cars if you need different kind of performance from the shockers. Here in India, I have a Hyundai Venue, it's suspension is so damn bad, I could write a one page eassy as to how bad it is. I really want to replace them with a more cushioned and comfortable one, but is a replacement available, is it possible to replace them, will the replacement affect my vehicle in any way? I Don't know. I think the options you guys have in Australia, I don't think we have in India. I mean where in India do I find softer shockers that would fit my car?
Wow, sorry to hear of your difficulties. From what I’ve heard Tough Dog will be shipping these internationally, as for Hyundai but, I’m not sure. Hope you can find something soon :)
Nice sound a little bit higher note would be great but not to loud can't wait for your next upgrade,,, bullbar and snorkel you'll be warding rivers with out much worry then 😂 great video
Totally agree, can’t wait for those two products!!! Agree a little louder would be nice but DPF prevents that. I has got a little louder now it’s been 1000km. The guys at Ryebuck said that would happen as it gets a coating on the inside
Hey mate, it was just a spring/shock replacement, no upper control arms. As for perfect castor/camber I’m unsure sorry. It went to the wheel alignment shop after this as was able to be aligned back to spec
I just bought my Scorpio here in Melbourne and looking at some mods to go with it. Would you know where I can source an aftermarket side steps? Even getting genuine is a bit of a mission and also quite expensive for a fairly standard part. Also with the lift kit, can you give us a quick over view on the rid comfort as the stock are a bit how you going and definitly looking to upgrade with a lift kit soon and these seem to be what I might lean towards.
Hey fellow Aussie Scorpio owner. I’m currently talking with Ryebuck about some solid rock rails as I don’t have the OEM side steps (they would bend off-road) should hopefully have something coming out in the next few months. Ride is a bit nicer than stock suspension. Where it really performs however is once you start adding accessories + camping gear + family the stock suspension can’t keep up where the Tough Dog upgrade maintains its ride.
@@DanielSnare Thanks for getting back to me, loving the Scropio so far, still getting used to the big car but nice car so far. I'm trying to source a set of genuine side steps from India Mahindra through a friend but would be keep to see what Ryebuck will have to offer soon. Do you know if they are done with the development of the lift kid or they are still tuning them? Thanks again,
Hey Daniel , really nice video! I was wondering if I could help you enhance Editing in your videos and also make a highly engaging Thumbnail which will help your video to reach to a wider audience .
How is the ride quality after the installation of Tough Dog suspension? I am seeking to import this suspension in India, Kindly share your feedback it will be helpful for us 🙂
U just took muffler/catalytic converter out & put straight pipes.. don't car computer notice this & show some error codes or lights..?? Won't it be illegal due the fact that you are not treating emissions from engine ??
Hey mate, thanks for your question. We just took the muffer out which muffles the sound only, DPF from the diesel is still in the vehicle so emissions stay the same. For the computer reading there is an O2 sensor straight after the DPF which gets swapped into the new exhaust so its still happy :)
