Ingredients
☕75g/ 8 cubes ice
☕ 1/4 cup sugar
☕1 tbsp coffee powder
☕1/3 cup water
Method
1. Take a blender jar and add ice, sugar, coffee and water to it.
2. Blend continuously on high speed till the mixture becomes very light and fluffy.
3. Pour in a glass and dust with some cocoa powder

as a person who did it wrong the first time but correct the second: take lesser water, depending on what type of sugar u use. I had too much water. use more ice cubes if it isn't frothy. it doesn't work well if u try to do it in mixer, blender is needed. beware it's gonna be pretty sweet. I don't like very sweet things, so the 2nd time I out lesser sugar, so I changed all measurements accordingly

@@NimitRathod-ie9mv yea sure. I took the amount of sugar as in the video, but took slightly less water. Ye dekhna bs ki sugar and water solution bohot dilute na ho. Paani itna ki sugar acche se gili ho jaye bs. Ice cubes jitne bola hai usse 4 5 extra use krna, but fir blend krte saath fridge mei daalna vrna bohot dilute ho jaega. Also, this can be stored as coffee base in the fridge

use double spoon suger fir single spoon coffee...also use 3spoon of hot water and use 1 ice cube...with this measurement,,my foam texture come out perfect Alhamdulillah.. but I use hand mixer/hand blender(skip ice cubes) or by shaking a bottle... @@NimitRathod-ie9mv

Unless you used ice made from pond water, there is absolutely no way you can blame this recipe for food poisoning. And what time of year you decide to make it makes no difference either.
