I’ll leave just because my teammate miss all they shots on the body cam up close in they fact keep in mind my teammate had a R-99 & flatline and the opponent had a sentinal just that one gun
@@yubeluchiha picking a single fight scenario is not really gonna justify leaving every (most?) matches. while obviously you probably have hundreds of more scenarios but come on dude, that behaviour is pretty petty. i apologize if i came off aggressive, i am NOT trying to argue and pick a fight
As someone who backs out when I solo queue , I’m grinding for kills , NOT wins. I don’t care if I win the game or not , I’m running at people and either beating them with gun skill or losing and if I lose and my team didn’t keep up with me , I’m out of there 😂 I’m not waiting for my team to loot because then we’ll be late to 3P. Apex is all about timing and if you’re too slow, you’re gonna be playing alone
Lifeline main here… I might add, PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR TEAMMATES HEALTH. don’t wait for your teammates to tell you they’re low and need doc, be proactive and throw doc down as soon as you see them lose shields.
U sound like an Awesome Lifeline💯💯... I'm Usually stuck with the ones I have to BEG for their health drones Or revives. Or they revive me out in the open & I'm like "No no no not now... let me get behind cover" but they Dont listen & I get thirsted being revived. Or the Lifelines that are SOOOO bad I clutch up & rez them 1st "I'ma get u up 1st So u Can rez our teammate" but Instead she proceeds to IGNORE our teammate (when it would ONLY take 1 sec, & No risk) & INSTEAD they loot EVERY deathbox in the area!!! So I instead rez him too & then come to find NO heels OR ammo Left in ANY boxes now! OR the WORST of the Lifelines that push out 1st k*ll hungry & get dropped 1st then turn their mic on to talk crap or just rage quit EVEN tho I KEPT "recommending that they let us push 1st so we take ALL the bullets NOT them, cuz if they get downed it's all bad" but OF COURSE ignore me🙄💯🤦♂️...
@@user-is7qt1jo1g As a Season 1 Lifeline main I definitely understand your pain. I see so many of them make crazy mistakes. My only pain is when you're a good lifeline but your team never stays with you at all or acts dumb. Being the only skillful player on the team with a brain can be annoying. I'll see that my team is low or got cracked, so I already got the drone down but sometimes they won't even use it. They either instantly jump into the fight with no hp; run away in the open instead of coming back to cover where the drone is located; or heal up with the drone just to jump back in the fight and get knocked. I'm actively in the fights mind you, but they don't wanna use cover and don't communicate before flying in full psycho like a pathfinder lmao. I can't res in the open since it's risky and even more risky to even attempt it without getting blasted. Now we are down a man guaranteed to die lol. Hate to say it but sometimes I do have to play lead despite being a healer at least in the solo queue since despite having no attack abilities with Lifeline, I have insane aim and instincts. I am already ahead of my enemies strategically, but my team is not listening or following lol. For most of those reasons is why I play a lot of other legends now, and Lifeline not as much just rarely despite having almost 10k kills on her. She is great in the right hands but sometimes the team sucks despite all your efforts, and then you're the last guy standing in a 1v3. Sometimes you win, but most times you lose. LOL 😂
One mistake for Fuse that I see a ton is that people only use his abilities only for straight damage. His abilities can push enemies out of cover, block pushes, trap players that dont have movement traits, stuff like that. You can be really smart with how you use these. And funny story on the team collision topic, Ive had quite a few friendly Gibby domes placed on me while firing the Fuse ult, which just ends up burning myself to death in a ball of fire.
One thing most people don't realize about Octane is that he works really well with long range weapons. Getting a knock or big damage from long range is a great time to pad to finish the kill. Also for those PC players, learning how to tap strafe off the jump pad can be a great way to outplay enemies in a fight.
The Rampart tips are spot on. When I started maining her in season 11, leaving walls behind was often something that came back to haunt me. I would say a couple more tips for Rampart would be, if you use Sheila and she's > half full, toggle to get a large part of your cooldown back so you have a new one for the next fight. Another Sheila tip is to not try to lead with Sheila. It sounds like a great idea in theory, but most times you cannot get it spun up fast enough to deal the required damage. Use it as an opener or to dissuade people from pushing a 3rd party.
As a loba main I have another mistake to add that I see other Loba’s do that irks me… do not be a loot goblin. Communicate to your team what they need, or are looking for. Her passive is very very powerful and can see purple and gold through walls. Having your team fully kitted out versus you hogging all the loot is a sure way to reach end game quicker and be able to rotate to the next POI/zone. Another mistake I see inexperienced loba’s make is not running away when things get too dicey. Meaning both of your teammates are down and a third party joined while the first team is now pushing you. In this case(which happens a lot) use your Q to make a quick get away so you can craft your teammates banners. Better to run today so you can fight again tomorrow. Loba should not be played as an entry fragger. You’re goal is to keep everyone’s belly’s full, communicate and jiggle your… I mean be ready to support your team at a moments notice :)
something else i recommend with ash is that if you’re being chased and you use your breach, put a snare down as soon as you exit the tear so that if the person chasing you decides to go through it, they’ll get trapped and it’ll give you some extra time
For new rev mains: use his passive to climb walls and escape enemies, theyll likely have to use an ability or zipline to get up to you, of which you can then just drop down, also use the multi-directional climbing, you can climb diagonally to round a corner on a wall, a good way to dodge bullets
Common vantage mistake I see (and do my self) is hard scoping the ult, you can keep the center of the crosshair behind cover while lining up your peripheral to keep the enemy from seeing the laser and avoiding you.
My problem with some players who play Lifeline is that they forget who they're playing and play her like they play Wraith, Octane or Bang ... Like bro !!!! relax !!!! play around your team, stop being the *FIRST ONE THAT PUSHES* then dying and start spam pinging like a lonely divorced wraith main ... Jesus !
Some Vantage tips you may not know: 1. Recalling the bat is good in most cases, but if you are with your team in cover and in a fight I find it helpful to place the bat near another piece of cover in case I need to make a fast getaway or transition. Usually, if played well when the enemy team is not looking you can pull off a flank they didn't see even if they heard the jump ability, changing the course of the fight with positioning. 2. When using her ult passive to spot teams and get details, it is best to quickly scope in and out to ping so that the enemy team doesn't have enough time to spot the laser's trajectory and know where it came from. If you scope too long they can see it and thus, track you and your team. 3. Her ult sniper has a bullet drop indicator on the scope so make use of it when aiming far away to help land shots. 4. Even though her ult charges fast keep an eye out for ultimate accelerants. They can help charge it quick before a fight and during a fight to make full use of her ult and keep pressure on the enemy team. Using them early can be great as well if you find one in case you fight a team still wearing white/grey armor. 2 shots with her ult will down them if they have basic armor. Also, there's a weird bug with the accelerants when she already has a bullet ready for her ult since it counts it as being already charged. You can't do quick use of the accelerant by pressing the two buttons, you need to go to the inventory and manually use it. Because of this, it's best to use it after running out in a fight to save time having to go into the inventory to recharge it. I'm only forced to manually charge if my shots aren't all full and I want it maxed before a fight. The gold bag now is really good for her also to help make space for at least 2 accelerants while holding more healing items. 5. When tagging enemies with her ult they take additional dmg, so be mindful to make callouts on who you tagged and what armor they have. It can help your team focus them when needed for an easy down.
Got another Pathfinder habit that apparently many of my random mates have: Grappling UP into a full team or even 2 to third party whenever the other 2 legends on our team simply CANNOT GET UP THERE QUICKLY. If you play pathfinder and play with, idk, lifeline and wraith you cant just fly up a building expecting us to magically fly up there within 2 seconds with no ziplines or anything around
I might be alone on this but Rev before the rework actually made me wanna play him His Silence was the main reason Yes i know it wasnt the best but just the pressure you can do with it was nice I never really used his ult but it saved me most of the time i used it
As a long time fuse player, another huge mistake you can make is using your abilities during a close range gun fight. Not only are his animations slow but guns will out dps you 100% of the time.
I usually get tired of how "reactive" wraith feels with her kit, it's cool how they managed to make her character fit her kit really well tho, cause the way you have to play her to be good is to be the lore accurate wraith and be thinking 500 steps ahead
Controlling mirage decoys is such a big game. Their footsteps is really mind boggling. If you can control a decoy to a certain door or area. You can bamboozle even the pros sometimes, mirage can control areas if you use apex's broken audio lol . Plus a crouched mirage at a door stops people from pushing cause they think it's someone blocking a door.
Wraits timing is actually very important, there have been times where ill try to get it off just to get onetapoed as the come around the corner. You never want to be too reliant on it to save you. But the times where i didnt like the situation and popped it off just in case to retreat back, like when i was playing control and theres like 1 guy on the mid point with me with everyone else is scattered, then i found alot more use in it just as a precaution. Also another tip for if you are playing her in the control gamemodes. If the enemy has the midpoint locked down and their using thermites/abilities to block view then you can actually just use your tactical to remove the visual clutter and see how many opponents are gaurding thag area so you know if you can push it or if you need to retreat/find a flank
I also think many lifeline players greatly underestimate the cover you can get from your care package. For example, if you are out in the open and suddenly take damage, you can call your care package for cover or even call it to revive teammates. Often, they come with armor, so your teammate can armor swap instead of having to sit still for ages to gain shields 🤔
It's not a big one, but for catalyst. It's good to hit a reinforced door with the tac in a way that they take damage while kicking down the door. Could even control more doors even if they take one tick of damage, it will let you know where the enemy is at. Plus the ult, lower evo's will be scared to run through the wall. It's good to peek that wall and peek different angles from that wall. Can really turn the tide in 1v3s. If you're fighting a catalyst, if your good at tracking. Dont be afraid of the wall. You get slowed but if you get an angle they don't expect, you win almost everytime. Unless you get a pro catalyst lol
I would like to make a small objection to the Rampart advice. While yes it is a correct play to retrieve your wall to prevent an enemy from using it, I much prefer using said wall to do a Superglide, which is sure to catch the opponent off guard and allows me to spin up the aim on the Minigun while maintaining my forward momentum.
I haven't finished watching the episode yet, but I have to ask. Could you record an episode of your settings in the near future and tell us a bit about them? I love watching your guides, they helped me a lot to improve my gameplay, but I still have trouble finding my way around the settings 🔥❤
As an octane main I agree with number 2 only stim if needed as I was doing 1v1s against a Bangalore. He used her ult so I used a pad earlier but I wouldn't be day enough to get there. That's when you stim. Also don't just use it to push or run thing out of the box
Big mistake for any skirmisher: Scanning care packages if there is a Pathfinder on the team. On the flip side, Pathfinder can often get 3 ziplines in a row if he scans both care packages fast enough and already has one. Not taking advantage of this is a big mistake by Pathfinder players.
one more mistake from myself for fuses - SHOT>>>>ABILITY. So many times i used clusters instead of just aiming during fight. instead of doing around 150dmg by gun for few seconds, i did 10 dmg by cluster. Cluster good as smoke out/safe/outrange ability, not like engaging and damagedealing ability during fight (especialy in close fight)
+2 mistakes when playing lifeline 1-Carrying Fenix kit: if you know how to use your drone in the right moments, just pop a bat and using it, you get ready for battle in less or almost the time like popping a fenix 2-Calling care package before everyone has a blue evo: upgrade white to blue or finding one is easy, dont waste your ult just to get a single blue when you can get a purple easily.
Lifeline main here, season zero. To add to #2 which might not be a mistake on the beginning but turn into one ... Picking Lifeline ... If you pick Lifeline you guarantee that your teammates will require you to revive and carry them if you don't then it's your fault since you don't know how to use Lifeline right. You didn't instantly revive them when they went down or revived them to soon and that's why they died. Not because they were caught out or couldn't hit a shot against a 1v1 or 1v3 that wasnt in their favor. Just pick wraith and play a solo trios or duos ... You'll have more fun
another great tip for octane is understanding that your pad is not a get out of jail free card, most players even as far down as plat level will be able to beam you off your pad if your in a direct sightline
They really need to fix Fuses knuckle cluster, damaging yourself is lame AF and it also seems to bounce off in other areas even without allies walking in front of it. As well the aiming of the motherload is also terrible
I have a tip for Mirage: I not really that good, so in the situation that you are low, and have no cover in a building, use his ult to escape as you go invisible for a quick sec and will spawn decoys around you. Try to immediately get out of enemy sight doing this.
Apex pros: valks ult is too strong, can we please get a nerf for us? Respawn: alright so we nerfed her whole kit Pros: uhhh ok coo- Respawn: so we can add it as a survival item Lifeline mains: hey I’ve seen this one before
You know teamates barely ever walk in front of me but when they do it's only when I'm either about to take the last shot to knock someone and or when I'm throwing my horizon ult
5:50 It's so funny I remember people inculding a youtuber (that I can't remember) said "the more moment the more distance" for the jumpad and that was a leading contributor for many people to stim before hitting the pad.
So for Octane, the stim and then padding may not work but if you want you could actually do it after but while you are in the air and you will be able to have a much faster slide or run when you land
I know this wont mean much but on the ltm modes as path, keep in mind that your grapple wont only be used by allies. If your on control and need to make a zipline from your point to the next? Try putting the zip as high as possible or just out of the way for enemies so they cant use your own zip to win the games.
For lifeline if your teammate is down and there’s only one left you may have to use your teammate as bait in order to get a different angle. Although this is super situational
Omg I'm no wraith main, but i was playing her once and i went into the phase before bang's ult hit and i still died to it lol I was highly upset and it helped me remember why i can't stand playing her lol kudos to wraith mains that understand her phase, because i sometimes die trying to use the stupid thing 😂😂
Caustic main (I'm kinda shit in a lot of ways lol) here. The "throwing from too far away" thing is painfully accurate. I have made that mistake so many times.
I feel like mad Maggie is a legend that is very hard to push but is insanely versatile and is one of the legends who can rush buildings the most effectively by breaking Down doors and stunning enemies with her ball and drilling through walls when enemies are trying to hide making her one of my top picks
For Ash tio #1 ult i agree. Just going in makes you a huge target. If you want to take height vertical or at an angle throw a grenade up there. A lot of players just start running down and you have gain an advantage.
I main Rev… wish my teammates didn’t tell me when to place my totem, I understand they wanna third party but telling me to place my totem while we’re at the bottom of a hill, or placing my totem early, before there is any knocks in the current fight is stupid and then getting mad at me for holding off… if u wanna truly throw the game go ahead and watch the fight break up when I pop my totem too early, and then watch other third parties push in because they saw my totem go off…. That happens majority of the time with teammates who have no comprehension of how Rev works more as a strategy then a push legend like fuse or something.
The most common mistake I make is choosing a legend that is not my main. Ex: playing fuse as an octane main. Uses q when there's no enemy. Teammates: ??? Me: I thought I was octane😅
Nah you can be hella slick with Wattson, obviously from your stand point you don’t have as much time as me and others on Wattson. There is a infinite limit on how to use fences and you can literally fence any skill level player at anywhere
Fuse players after having their shield broken have a tendency to peak again real quick to launch a knuckle cluster before healing. My recommendation is don't. You can use knuckles to block the path from an angle instead. I have head shot many a fuse for attempting this. Most people will expect a fuse to peak again and it may slow them down while they pinpoint where his head would be if he were to peeks. Happy hunting!
Thank the HEAVENS someone brought up bangs smokescreen...i cant tell you how many times i was working enemies, o ly to immediately have the tables turned on me...because SMOKE SCREEN. I am not a good gun guy. So when i habe an advantage, and I am doing good for once, the moment i lose track of my enemy, ie, smokescreen, i am dunzo.
For me Ash is single-handedly the best swing legend in the game, the ability to trap an opponent with the snare then spin with the R99 or CAR is insane
Not meant to be an insult but if you don't think a free rotation is good or the ability to pick the game-winning spot in the last zone is good then maybe you're just bad.. there's a very good reason they're adding the new portable balloon to survival items.. might possibly have something to do with how strong valks rotation is and the fact that shes still being picked alot in ALGS simply for her ult, even after the nerf.. Js. 😂
Was playing octane yesterday and both my teammates left so it was all me. I ratted behind some rocks with a kraber seen a Rev sitting still healing so I popped him in the back of his dome and shot out his totem was absolutely hilarious because after that somehow I won the game lmfao 😂
Stupid Bangalores throwing alt at opponents feet causing them to ovoid it by pushing you is the #1 mistake and Lifelines reviving and retreating is #2.
