You cooked a fish curry, but it looked like very runny water. Please try it like this, add some oil in a pot, then add 1 teaspoon garlic paste. Let the garlic slightly brown, then add 4 table spoon of onion blended. Cook it for about 3-4 minutes on slow heat . Now add salt to taste, half a teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon chilli powder or less if you want the children to eat with you, it will be less spicy. Add half a teaspoon of coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of curry powder. With a half a cup of water & mix. Until the water reduces. Then add in your fish & mix it . Cover it & leave it to cook on slow heat. If you feel its getting too dry. Add a another half a cup of water & let it cook. Once the fish is cooked, garnish with chopped coriander. You can also fry the fish in a bit of turmeric powder, before adding it to your curry. It stops the fish from breaking.
