The inheritance one: there are thirty six cases of inheritance in Islam. The male gets double the amount of what the female gets in only four cases. The rest thirty cases she either gets as much as him or more than him or she inherits and he doesn’t. there are some instances where the girl can inherit even if she’s one day old and the guy gets nothing even if there’s twenty guys around her.

woman can work, it just the responsibility is on man, if woman spend her money in house then its considered as charity, got lot of reward right. Its important that woman as the first school for their kid, 2 years full doing breast feeding, isnt it need lot of time at home at this kind of moment, its the kid's right.
@r.b7979
@r.b7979 3 года назад
I agree with what youve said but at the same time some things concern me. Everybody if not most people these days perfers to have a successful career rather than working in a house, so with this the struggles of preganancy and the responsibility of the home, does anyone stop and consider that the husband wife dilema becomes too one sided? The woman isnt obligated to look after her husband , only her children but for so many it becomes a large expectation of her :/

@@r.b7979 It's because the modern world has pushed for these norms too far Many women choose to go the natural path and focus on family nowadays, and they tend to be happy. Relationships and fulfillment requires sacrifice, and it's true for both men and women.
@r.b7979
@r.b7979 3 года назад
@@themercifulguard3971 well no thats incorrect. Theres a reason women wanted to fight for spots in the work place. Caring for your family 24/7 is a choice and everyone has the right to have that choice. There is no defining factor that makes men want to work and women not. Women havent pushed for norms too far , weve simply taken what we werent allowed to have previously. And whilst yes marraige requires sacrifice , it shouldnt mean you give up all hopes and dreams just because of your significant other. This is why marriages mostly benefit men these days not women. Women sacrifice a lot, their time, bodies in childbirth and aspirations. Men continue thier lives mostly as they have always wished.

@@r.b7979 "This is why marriages mostly benefit men these days not women. Women sacrifice a lot, their time, bodies in childbirth and aspirations. Men continue their lives mostly as they have always wished." Lol. I wonder if this is what most women think men live like and feel inside. And your first point is easily refutable. Taking care of the family and the home when the husband is away was also in the best interest of women ever since humans moved into more agrarian lifestyles. For most of the time we've been around, life was hard and everyone had to rely on each other to survive and cooperate. If you knew what it was like, you'll realize gender roles were necessary and genius. What you are proposing here is that men are inherently the coercers and oppressors, and that men by nature are the ones who are pushing the norms against the women, which are false. Gender roles in all human societies don't exist because it's a social construct. It's a nature in us as a species, and to reject that means that you have to explain how disconnected civilizations evolved to have literally the same roles, unless you believe, like I mentioned earlier, that men, by nature, are oppressing and forcing women to do what they have been doing this whole time.
@r.b7979
@r.b7979 3 года назад
@@themercifulguard3971 aka it wasnt a problem until women started wanting to work in which case yes men were often oppressors not protectors. Gender roles rolls have relevancy only to an extenet, i can accept some gender roles but believe we have a choice in others in the world we live in today. Women used to make the choice to stay home because it both benefited them and the family. That is not the case anymore. Take a look around at the world we live in. It is clear to me youre a man so please tell me what a men has to sacrifice in marriage over his woman. Literally.

After marriage muslim women dont have rights unless the husband gives it to her.... what muslim scholars dont teach when it comes to womens rights is women have no say in the marital home if the husband doesnt allow her.... in islam a woman must obey her husband and if he says she cant educate herself with regards to academic knowledge she cant only islamic knowledge.....they cant work or earn money if the husband says no,they cant use their own money in a way that displeases their husband even if they had the money,they cant take a foot out of the house if the husband says no.....In marriage the 2nd,3rd or 4th wife are in better positions because they were aware when marrying their husbands that he is polygamous but men allowed to decieve the first wife and tell them they managomous and later say they polygamous and she has no option to accept it and forced into such a practice even though women alone in the practice without husbands every second day as they dont teach men to visit all their wives daily like prophet muhammed did,the muslim scholars even teach you men dont even have to tell their first wife they taking another wife as if she is a dog and some say they have to tell but he doesnt need her permission even though she was deceieved into this practice and she is the one who is going to be alone every second day as a single mother with no love and affection now 50% of her life while he gets his sexual rights everyday having a wife.Yes muslim women have rights but it depends if the husband is a good man or not,if not she has to obey still till she dies and Allah will puniah him in the afterlife,untill then to bad for her.

I believe in no God myself and practice no faith but have a deep fascination with different cultures and religions and can see many are intertwined especially the various Christian and Muslim branches but unfortunately even within themselves there are splinters of division and dissent (I use Northern Ireland as an example as I have grown up during this this conflict). Even groups of soccer fans that like to shout and cheer their own team, some like to boo and jeer the opponents, and a few will attempt to kick the shit out of each other.

I dont think Brother Ali did full justice to the law on inheritance as to why the man and women recieve what they get. Even with testimony. Just imagine if someone steals and he gets caught, and he tells the witness that if you confess against me, I'll kill you or your kids. A woman by nature, will fear the accused and will not testify , but if she has support ie another woman, it will help her if they stand together

Well that depends of what people see as friends. Some have different levels that corresponds with the closeness of said individual. So have a clear line, and when it's with the opposite gender its at the same level as "might as well get married". So it's always good to ask what someone considers friends.

One thing which should be mentioned however and no one disputes this: A married Muslim man can marry additional women, up to a total of four, without the knowledge or consent of his existing wives. How many women really accept that?
@sumbalgul7289
@sumbalgul7289 3 года назад
he cant marry without the consent of his wife
@SherynRouf
@SherynRouf 3 года назад
Actually, that's incorrect. The first wife MUST know and consent to their husband marrying another otherwise, it's forbidden for him to marry. Also, the bigamist/polygamist must be able to treat and financially provide for ALL the wives and that's extremely difficult to do. Of course, almost all women would not allow their man to marry another woman though. Most Muslim men just stick to one which is good but unfortunately, there are some who can't control their sexual desires so instead of committing adultery, they can just marry another with the first wife's permission....
@JacobStein1960
@JacobStein1960 3 года назад
@@SherynRouf Saudi cleric Abdullah Al-Mutlaq recently sparked controversy after saying polygamous men aren't obligated to tell their first wife of a second marriage. His Excellency Sheikh Abdullah bin Mohammed al-Mutlaq is a member of the Senior Scholars Committee in the Kingdom and a former member of the Permanent Committee for Research and Iftaa. He is an advisor to the Royal Court. He also heads the Department of Comparative Jurisprudence at the Higher Institute of the Judiciary. The "misyar" marriage often done in secret is fast pervading Saudi society. The practice, usually a temporary alliance in which the wife waives some conventional marriage rights such as cohabitation and financial support, has been legally permitted in the conservative Muslim kingdom for decades. As per Sharia, a Muslim man may have up to four wives, making it is impossible to insert a clause [in the marriage contract] that bans him from taking a second wife. However, you can add a condition that gives the woman the right to divorce from her husband, should he choose to take a second wife without her permission. This condition must be agreed upon by the husband and wife before the marriage contract is signed. According to Dr. Hassan Elhais, who has made a name for himself across the UAE as a renowned specialist in the field of family law. In case of divorce, the mother loses custody of boys at age 7 and girls at age 9. (Hanafi) Also if a divorced woman remarries she loses custody of her children. This means that when you marry a Muslim man you are entering into an open relationship - however open only on his side not yours. This is simply what marriage means in Islam. The last caliphate was the Ottoman Caliphate and the caliph was the Sultan. He was the leader of Sunni Islam, similar to the Pope in Christianity as well as being an absolute monarch. The Sultan kept imprisoned a group of kidnapped Christian women who were his sex slaves and this was known as the Ottoman Imperial Harem. They were guarded by castrated black male slaves. The Sultan could rape these women whenever he chose to. This continued until 1922. No major Islamic leader or organization has denounced this, criticised this or denied this. As a Muslim woman, how do you feel about all this? There is something else which I would like to point out. Muslims consider the Quran to be a miracle. One feature of the book believed to be miraculous is the expressiveness of its verses, as it is claimed they are too eloquent to be written by a human. “And if you all are in doubt about what I have revealed to My servant, bring a single chapter like it, and call your witnesses besides God if you are truthful. But if you do not do this, and you can never do this, then fear the Fire which has been prepared for the disbelievers and which shall have men and stones for fuel” (Quran 2:23-24) This is Surah 109: قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ لا أَعْبُدُ مَا تَعْبُدُونَ وَلا أَنتُمْ عَابِدُونَ مَا أَعْبُدُ وَلا أَنَا عَابِدٌ مَّا عَبَدتُّمْ وَلا أَنتُمْ عَابِدُونَ مَا أَعْبُدُ لَكُمْ دِينُكُمْ وَلِيَ دِينِ Say, “O disbelievers. I do not worship what you worship. Nor do you worship what I worship. Nor do I serve what you serve. Nor do you serve what I serve. You have your way, and I have my way.” It’s needlessly repetitive and anyone could write that, in Arabic or English.

In Islam.. Husband goes work, money goes to wife's needs and household necessities, it is obligatory. An able mind and body man who doesn't do this is committing a sin and wife may go to Syariah court to complain and have ground reasons for divorce. If wife works, her money is hers, husband cannot compel her to contribute for household. If she does choose to contribute, to help, then God will reward her. But if she doesn't, it is not a sin.
