Something I'd like to highlight, fam niche down!! Pick a specific thing and be a master at it. When I started seo, I was all over the place and decided to focus on local seo and I have great results. Nathan did not ask me to do this, please get his book. It will make you life and work easier.

Great video Nathan. I think it’s important to point out, the keyword data that SEMrush provides, is displayed in years, not months. So 54,000 keyword searches for the city was for 12 months, not per month. That can set someone up on a massive disappointment when their numbers are off by 90%.
