Have you tried going to the Rasheans River Pier near the dojo? If you leave the dojo and follow the path near the river, it's along the path next to the river. It's at @12:56 in the video.

I think there was a button that gave a tip on where to go in the world map. Was it the SELECT button?

@@dadozygaming yeah! you're right I haven't been to Rasheans River Pier, I didn't know it was part of the story.
