Sorry but I don't really consider her a victim. She was a drug Runner in a drug deal that went bad. That's the risk you take when you play that game🤷♂️

He was a Deputy not a sheriff. But agree that this seems to connected to organized crime that made her a target. A deputy in the middle of it makes it look like he’s working with them.
With the technology of license plate readers, phone towers, and the proliferation of dash cams and surveillance cams the criminals are facing some new challenges.
I feel more sorry for the tow truck driver he was just doing his job after all .. but these other people were full aware of what they were doing it is sad that she had to die though, that is why people need to know what the consequences are in this type of business not only for them but for their whole family. I can guarantee you whoever her and her husband thought was their "friend " is who planned this robbery & murder ..they killed her because she would have recognized them .

They either got the money and sold her the ( package ) and then robbed her or caught her before the delivery and then robbed and killed her. A dirty business. I was once involved and stopped. Some husband she had to have her delivering.

We acquired PR during the Spanish-American War, when we helped Cuba gain Independence from Spain. This was the war Teddy Roosevelt and the Rough Riders fought in. We also gained the Philippines as well. The Philippines remained American territory until after WWII.
I’m getting hitmen vibes. She had paper tags. Someone knew that the victim recently purchased her vehicle. My vehicles and homes were repeatedly shot up. I begin to think. Who on earth could possibly want me dead? I hired a PI. I don’t want justice or peace. That’s too easy like Sunday morning.
Deceased Cupcake, in the carjacked vehicle is no angle either, she made a bad choice of transporting money & (Something else) that caused this episode, unfortunately she paid with her life!!
