How do you know a bank employee is not in on this sorry but you're obviously not very smart. If I was a bank employee and I had some friends waiting in the parking lot so when I called them after the bank transaction and told them the old lady walking out with an orange shirt on has a couple hundred dollars on her those people I call in the parking lot could see what car she gets in and then follow her home and then rob her. I volunteer at a jail. I'm not going to say which city but last I checked criminals come in all races. And many of them done very violent things. And the ones that done sick stuff are not represented in the media much. But the media only focuses on Blacks and Hispanics. This may not be a factor here, but people can be intimidated when considering whether to bring charges & being witnesses. The criminals get put right back into the community & they know exactly who you are.

Well. Most people don't want to operate at such a paranoid level unless the odds of robbery are super high. It feels like overkill, especially after you have 1000 successful withdrawals in a row.
