Kathie. No. It isn't. Merri has several kids. Her boys are Drew, Joey and another daughter Sherri. I've heard that Sascha is also her daughter. Not real sure on that one. The other three I know. Little Maci is one of the sweetest little monkey girls. 🐒 That is the one just born in this video. Poor Merri looks so tired.
Diese Mutter ist eine Erstgebährende, die außerdem als gequältes Haustier von Menschen aufwuchs bevor sie von ihnen ausgesetzt wurde. Sie hat noch keine Erfahrung im Umgang mit Babys. Dafür verhält sie sich aber trotzdem sehr liebevoll und hat ihr Baby sehr sauber geschleckt. Wie sie es halten muss, damit es leichter trinken kann wird sie noch lernen.

Merry must be an older mother monkey. She is so exhausted she can’t even move. She’s not cleaned the infant and not eaten the placenta which would provide vital energy and nutrients

Nope! Milk bar isn't up there. Merry doesn't look like she's feeling too good It must have been extra had to deliver her child due to her part of her right arm missing.

@@lauremurkuns7059 To tell you the truth so do I. The poor mother has no choice in anything in her life and I think that is terrible. She should have some options in her life. I really do feel bad for them. I really wish that their lives were so much better than what it is.
The problem is that food is way to plentiful. With the tourists, feeders and VOs constantly feeding them they don’t suffer. If they were real wild monkeys they would spend 16 hours a day foraging. So they would barely make enough calories to produce milk and support themselves. Since the junk their given produces access fat their body’s trick their brains to go into estrous every year. So instead of reproducing every 2-3 years, it’s every year. Even the lowest ranking in the troop is now every year or two. With the low ranking they would be lucky if a baby survives the first couple years due to malnutrition,now it’s not a problem.
@@alyn6653 exactly! That is why these vermin are overpopulated and out of control. That's the way nature intends for all wild animals, in their natural habitat they have to work to survive, but some don't that's the way the population is kept at acceptable levels. Now with being fed all day everyday, they've become lazy and dependent. So they refuse to return to their own habitat because it's easier to sit on their butts and just eat. Now there is a serious problem with this many running around, at some point they will have to be culled. That is now the only way to reduce the population and get it under control. Then they need to implement a sterilization program for the remainders, both male and females. These animals have caused so much destruction for the people who live there, it's really horrible what has happened and the loss of revenue and property damage that these vermin have inflicted.

Давно нет этой без лапой самки Мери. Она давно погибла под колёсами автомобиля. И давно нет видео о малышке Маки. Она уже выросла. Ей, на данный момент, должно быть уже года два. Да, это видео за март 2019 года.
Огромное спасибо Галина, что даете такие коментарии, иногда смотришь смотришь и ничего не ясно...Есть еще одна парочка про которую не могу найти информации, може Вы знает сын Альберт, а маму как зовут выпалр из головы.... У нее отсутствуют пальцы еа одной руке, она была эталоном матери, даже по людским меркам. Интересно очень узнать, что с ними стало

Этт просто врожденный рефлекс лапок. Если его не будет -- детеныш потеряется и погибнет. У человеческих детей этот рефлекс тоже есть, но не такой сильный. Называется гипертонус кистей рук.

It's a survival skill. Quite important too! They live on high trees so... Human babies are not so well equipped. Actually compared to a monkey they are totally vulnerable

Merry had a very hard time with that birth. You can see how shocked out she is. It wasn't but an hour or two later when whe was fully taken advantage of by one of the big males. She limped away. I don't think I will ever forgetting that. It took her weeks to recover. The ladies in the troope pampered her and nobody messed with the baby. Merry was a good mother. The taught her baby girl everything she could in the time she had with her, and Maci was an excellent student. It's a good thing because she was only 6 or 9 months ols...still a nursling..when when the small troupe was rounded up for extinction. Maci had to survive on her own. Maria did give her a measure of protection, but not a lot.

Hhidd el, elég nagy trauma egy újszülött világra hozatala (szülése), az nem könnyű sem az anyának, sem az újszülöttnek. Több tiszteletet kellene adni mindkettőjüknek.

She will lick the baby clean but she has afterbirth to expel. It will be eaten. Full of nutrients that will filll her as well as help her produce milk.
The baby is very strong ...does mom wants the baby did hold the baby sits in one position dosnt care ...the baby want milk thats y he or she is in her mom face .
