We arrived on the 19th at 4pm and I am amazed at the cleanup job. Never would have known the lobby had flooded.

Funny thing is I went there January 19th. We were heading near Perryville that might to stay at a different place to beat out a storm in Pennsylvania when he heard of the incident. We were afraid we wouldn’t be able to go to Great Wolf Lodge, but luckily, we were able to and we had a fantastic weekend! I rode every Waterslide.

I don't see how guests were trapped there. A pipe broke and they suffered damages from the combination of a broken pipe and the torrential rain. People could leave and per other reports some did. Those whose rooms were affected (and I'm fairly sure others were offered) were given refunds and one night stay vouchers.
