PA's been my favorite carry hero since I started Dota and seeing her being picked in pubs and pro scene and i have very mixed emotions about it because they ban her more often now

Just my opinion. But aghan pretty much act like manta I guess? Cheaper and faster cooldown then manta. You may want to buy aghan when you are snowball the game, else I think bkb would be better choice. Or skadi (if not much magic dmg) / abbysal (if your team lack stunner/ need to kill specific target)
