I share trail walks with son Hunter.
Hunter lives at home with us and has autism and is non verbal.
He was attending a day program until the mandate for everyone to stay home...
Change is difficult for most of us and Hunter is one, that change in schedules and routines are difficult to adjust.

We are making the best of it, here are somethings we are doing to stay busy, stay productive and stay sane!

Daughter Hannah is a senior in college and to graduate in May and graduation is now cancelled ... stay tuned in for a possible at home graduation.

Daughter Eva is in the 9th grade and is now doing online learning for her school work.
.
We stay busy with many of our regular chores and we share a simple at home workout to fight the battle of staying in shape, and stay sane.
.
Keep in mind I am not an expert or a professional - I am a 50 year old Wife, and Mom fighting the battle to stay in shape and stay sane!

I know I gained an extra layer while living this home centered lifestyle but we are doing our best to work it off and stay in shape and stay sane.

That came about when our daughter Eva was young ... she would say “have a day “
we would say to her you mean to say "have a great day"?
She quickly replied ... that is up to you - you can make it any day you want -
great or not!
So we love that - it’s up to you 😁
