You’re a magician! That turned out well! Just a tip on the Garmin. Really get to know it before you need to use it. The features “change” (actually, you get overcharges), depending on your subscription level. I’ve been using mine for a couple of months now, and it is still chirping at me with warnings, etc. Yesterday, I was using the tracking feature, hoping to test the trackback feature, when it warned me of something I hadn’t done properly.
Damn...right after I posted this I read your post that a tree fell on your house! Pull out the chainsaw/axe, get a few good nights of fires out of that tree and show it who's the boss! Wishing you all the best.
There IS a Garmin InReach Mini 2! Lol Update: Unfortunately half a tree fell on my house with all of the storms going on in Austin so I need to push out my Big Bend trip to deal with things. Hopefully soon!
